My First Official Job    Happy Sunday! For those of you that do not know me, I am a Christian. God blesses me each and every single day but lately, he has blessed me with an amazing job. I have had other jobs in the past such as summer jobs as a pool manager and worked at a baseball concession stand, and I am still a CNA. At the facility I work at, I am prn. This means as needed. It doesn’t guarantee me a lot of hours.    Don’t get me wrong, I love being a CNA. I just wanted something different, a job that had a set schedule for me, and could work around school. The Lord has truly blessed me with an amazing job, with nice co-workers who are helpful, and I feel very appreciated here at Marshall’s. My job is working in the ladies' department. I cover women’s, juniors, pajamas, purses/wallets, and activewear.    My job is to get racks out, stock the clothing we have on the racks, dress mannequins, put clothing out on display, get clothing returns, and get clothes back from the dressin

  Self-Care               Welcome, guys! I’m not sure about you guys but it has been stressful these last several weeks. Dealing with school, work, and spending time with loved ones, I have been so busy. But I am so grateful for the life that I have. Since things have been getting so crazy in my life, I have been setting time aside for self-care.                In my definition, self-care is when you set aside some time to do something nice for yourself. I must do this for myself because I get overwhelmed and sometimes I feel like I am letting myself go. So I like to set some time aside to help myself relax and unwind. I try and do self-care at the beginning of every week and sometimes in the middle. There are self-care things to do everyday. Here are a few of my favorite self-care things:   -         Drink water every day! -         Shower and wash your hair (I love doing hair masks at least once a week) -         Do your skincare (I love facemasks) -         Go for a walk -         R

  About Me Hello! So glad you're here. My name is Samantha Ingold 😽 I am 21 years old and from a small town here in North Carolina. My major is nursing and my dream is to become a labor & delivery nurse 👶🏼 Last Fall was my very first semester of nursing school. However, I decided to make a big life change. The school and program I was in just weren't for me and that's totally okay. So I decided to transfer schools and I will be attending Catawba College's Nursing Program this Fall.
